Ingredients:-
- 6 chicken wings
- 1/2 cup diced fresh ripe pineapple
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 3 small jalapeno peppers
- 4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Jamaican hot jerk sauce
- 3 tablespoons Jamaican Grace meat browning
Direction:-
- seasoned chicken wings in a container with the jerk sauce and the meat browning
- seal the container and allow the seasoned wings to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2hrs
- after 2hrs, remove the wings from the refrigerator
- place a medium frying pan on the stovetop(medium flame) and pour the oil into a frying pan
- When the oil is warm, pour the honey, peppers, and pineapple into the frying pan, and let the content fry while turning the content of the frying pan for approx 2 minutes before adding the marinated chicken wings
- Allow the wings to brown on each side before covering the frying pan with a lid
- the wings should simmer for approx 30 minutes before transferring them into an oven-proof container
- preheat the oven at 350-375 degrees, and put the container in the oven uncovered for another 15 minutes.
